Thing 3 - Create Blog and Avatar

This was a little time consuming but a lot of fun! I did wonder if my firwork background should be animated. It was animated when I created it in Yahoo. Any ideas on the background? I am guessing it will not be animated since it is not in gif format..... just jpg.

    the action has never worked in the blog, but now the html verson doesn't eitheer (we hope that is only temporary) but no one's blog shows in html format...please go back to thing #3 and look at the notes about saving it as a picture...jpg and then in your blog layout page, use a picture GADGET to upload instead of the html

    I can not get my avatar to show at all. I am not sure what is up. I have followed the instructions over and over but nothing shows now. My account was marked as a Spam account and I had to request it to be released. I am not sure what else to do....
